rule i. no minors ooc .

i refuse to roleplay with any roleplayers under 18 in ffxiv due to my age and the roleplay topics i delve into, especially on leda. for the same reasons, i avoid any interactions with anyone under 18. i’d prefer in general to roleplay and interact with other roleplayers and writers that're 21+ though.

rule ii. no minors ic .

i only roleplay with characters 18+ due to my age out-of-character and my character being in her 30s. as an adult character she deals with the themes unsuitable for younger characters. do not bring minor characters and children npcs around my character.

rule iii. no character bleed .

my feelings are my own, and my character’s feelings are her own. i am cautious about bleed as a roleplayer and expect the same of those around me. mixing up my character’s feelings or views with my own in a problematic manner will lead to me distancing myself and my oc from the situation.

rule iv. no erp .

i am not interested in erp in-game or on discord. do not interact with me or my character if that is a main goal in roleplaying with my character.

rule v. iffy on romance .

in-depth romance roleplay is not something i’m comfortable with writing out with or around strangers and people i generally don't know well. however, i am comfortable with roleplaying my character casually flirting with stranger’s ocs.

rule vi. darker topics .

if you have ideas for roleplay that involve darker themes and topics, discuss them with me first. there may be stuff i’m not okay with and i don’t want to find out in-character and be upset out-of-character when it could be avoided in the first place by communicating.

i can adjust to lorebending and fanon and homebrew to fill in the gaps for ffxiv lore, but i will not tolerate blatant lorebreaking in roleplay interactions.

i’m a multi-paragraph roleplayer at heart, but i can and will mirror writing partners for their comfortability if asked. i avoid one-liners as that is a personal preference of mine. i’ve developed my writing skills over 8 - 9 years of roleplay, which has led to a lot of flowery descriptions and writing as well. i’ve only been roleplaying on ffxiv since 2022 or so.

darker influences between twinfangs and a viper’s soul is a heart with decades of repressed emotions. sorrow and rage, always daring to careen over the dam’s patched gates. leda needs somewhere to put it, and combat proves itself as a more therapeutic outlet than most. with her emotions as the trigger, leda can use what little aether she has to strike in more insidious manners.

brief history blurb a woman cast out from sharlayan at a young age and found thinly veiled refuge in thavnair. once she was educated and old enough to cast off those colorful shackles she ventured the world with a honed mind for eikonology. although her ambitions eventually choked her; the grandeur of outlandish plans crashing down. she recuperated with assistance, and now dares to venture back into the world that left her betrayed and broken.

if that means smuggling certain information and resources out the marble city-state to achieve this? so be it. perhaps she has something of interest? perhaps she can get something of interest.
